The Difference In Customer Care

If anybody has ever considered to get a device from P+S Technik should be prepared for snootiness and infamy. We have been discussing the order of an Mini35 for weeks now and get zero discount for a complete set, no cash discount and have to pay a lot for shipping. And the best part is that we have to pay before the actual delivery and still have to pay the after-delivery fee. Simply amazing.

On the other hand, we have been in Munich last week to get a live demo of the Panther cine dollies and cranes. Not only that they took 3 hours to show us everything and answer every single question in much detail, they have been very obliging and cooperative.

None of these devices is aimed at the mass market and it is very surprising to find such a difference in customer care.
